Amazing food, their specialty is sea food, especially shrimps, and they make it in different versions. It’s incredible, nice comfy spot with delicious authentic food. Highly recommend

Nohoche Kay was an absolute gem of a spot during our stop in Costa Maya. The location is fantastic—just a quick 10-minute cab ride from the cruise port, which makes it super easy and convenient to get to. The beach and water were stunning—clear, calm, and perfect for relaxing or swimming. It’s a great escape from the cruise port chaos; way more chill and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The vibe was laid-back and welcoming. We had a group that included my wife, son, parents, sister, and brother-in-law, and it was the perfect spot for all of us to unwind. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the Mexican beer was ice-cold—what more can you ask for? Overall, it was great value for the price, and I would 100% recommend Nohoche Kay to anyone stopping in Costa Maya. I love Mexico, and this place really captures what makes it special.
Captain Nacho has always worked over the top to make sure we had a good time and caught fish. He then made sure they were cooked to our preference. Always amazing, this past Tuesday we took our family group out. We caught Baracuda, Trigger Fish, Grouper, and yellow tail snapper. The sea was rough, but he knew how to handle it and make sure we were in the right place. Every time from now on, any of the family traveling to Costa Maya, will be with Capt. Nacho. We have caught more exotic, fish plus a big 10 foot Bull shark than we have caught anywhere else.
We purchased a day pass here for a large group of 9. We purchased the morning of and luckily were able to get a spot. We had the all inclusive pass which included food, drinks, beach chairs, wifi, and shade. This place was super laid back and the staff stayed on top of it. It was super hot and they kept making sure we had plenty of water and drinks. We had teenagers and they stayed busy here as well. We would definitely recommend this place to other cruise goers looking for a place to relax for the day! The food was also wonderful and everyone enjoyed what they ate. The owner was there and made sure we were all taken care of. We will definitely come back!
Crystal clear water, calm pool like bay, palm tree lined fine sand beach, superb service, fine food, bountiful beverages, far from crowd/tourists, clean bathrooms & vibrant vibe. Day pass includes unlimited food/beverages, lounge chair, umbrella & tables (bring your own towel). Only 15 mins by taxi from port 5/pp.
Nice beach front for half a relaxing day , where you can occupy a beach chair by ordering food from the friendly servers. It is further away from the cruise port near the end of the town, so you don’t have the huge crowds & noise. 5 PP taxi ride from the port. They also have some ladies giving massages right on the beach. When it is time to go back to the cruise terminal, they’ll order a taxi for you.
Walk past all of the other restaurants, you will be glad you did. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was great. We all ordered the tacos, not for any other reason than it is what sounded good. The grilled fish and the shrimp were great. In addition to the great service, great food, and cold beer, the view is awesome! No need to stop anywhere else, just come here.
